No dialogue bubbles because Death doesn't really talk, the words he says just happen. I even remembered to put in the blue eyes that Terry Pratchett talkes about in the Discworld.
Sometimes a comic will kill off a character and stop using them. Sometimes a comic will kill off a chatracter to bring them back bigger and better than before. Superman just walked it off when he got killed.
