learning to be had at College or University they can move on to apprenticeships. If one still does not know what they want to do
there are career help places and re-education programs which are in place for someone who had decided they have made a
mistake with their job choice. Also there is always work at the Mines or at the Docks.

Homes: Humans live in whatever house there is. Though they have no qualms living in homes similar or the same to Telar homes.

Religion: The vast majority of humans follow the Church of Ahn. Unlike some other gods Ahn has never been seen in a confirmed
sighting, and many wonder if he is real like the Wolf Spirit or the Great Fish. Still there are many believers who are secure in their
faith. Ahn teaches in the ways of being comfortable with oneself, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and
accepting others for who they are no matter who they follow. Since everything and everyone will eventually die, one might as well be
able to bring happiness to their own lives and to others as best they can while alive. Ahn teaches that sex is a fine thing to do, but to
always be aware that the act can lead to a baby. Contraceptives are encouraged by the Church, pamphlets on how to have a safe
sex life are available at all locations.
Inter Species Relations:
Humans have fairly strong relations with all species willing to accept them. Which is everyone but the Native Lands Magnuri.
Apolarins: When first being accepted into the Empire, the war was just starting. It wasn't until afterwards that the first Apolarins
found themselves in Imperial cities to live. The bears were frightening at first, putting people on edge, but over the years tensions
have faded fairly well.
Bluidons: One of the two species that Humans have the strongest of bonds with. The Bluidons are masters at making friends and
gathering information which has proven very useful to the Empire, especially in it's fledgling years.
Feliniks: Having become part of the Empire after the war, adjustments are still being made. They pose interesting issues, and not
everyone is pleased with them being in the Empire's fold.
Magnuri: Humans extended the hand of the Empire to the Magnuri after they lost the war. Even though it ended 20 years ago,
there's still tensions that arise.
Telar: The other of the two species that Humans are closest to. Humans and Telar formed a union over 700 years ago and
together the two species created the Empire. With each others help, the fledgling Empire has grown to incorporate all of the other
species. To this day the Human, Telar relationship is strong.
Barbarian Tribes:
Barbarians are humans who have lived off the land far longer than the rest of their kind have. 700 years ago while part of their
people were busy creating the Empire, the rest of them had their own villages, clans, and rules. They were not interested in moving
into cities filled with walls and paved roads. So they stayed where they were, and over the centuries became very different from
their other half. Where Humans are smaller and 'delicate', Barbarians are typically, large, rugged and very strong.
Species Name: Barbarians
Species Nicknames: N/A
Empire Entry: Due to how they are not a Species, Barbarians have been able to freely enter the Empire whenever they wish. Just
that until recently, before the war, hardly any families ever did.
Species Category: Omnivorous
Average Adult Height: [Male] 6.8 feet , [Female] 6 foot
Weight: [Males] 330, [Females] 280
Life Span: 140 years
Dwellings: In the terms of traditional Barbarians that live out in the wilds, they typically live in either very sturdy large tent homes, or
built wooden homes. They live off of the land, and do not have any of the technology that the cities posses. They do not tend to
interact with the Empire cities, though if people from them come to their home they are hospitable.
Individual Biology:
Everything about the Barbarians are the same physically as Humans even down to gestational times and offspring as well as their
count. Though there are a few variances of this found in Barbarian cultures.
Spirit Animal Tribes: These are tribes that consist of people who become connected to a type of spirit animal. Once connected
that person can learn to transform themselves into that animal. This is really this tribes special trait and nothing else besides
physical attributes are different than humans. While a lot of people from the Animal Tribe prefer to stay out in the wilds, there are
some that have moved into the Empire to see what things it offers. Wanting to join the Empire to contribute, and raise children in
cities.
The Barbarian Farmers: These people moved to be in the best growing areas they could find. The earth gave them amazing
returns and in return they treated the earth with respect. Over the generations, Earth magic began to build up inside of their bodies.
It came from the food they ate, the water they drank and from the very ground they slept above and spent their days working. The
futility of the earth slowly spread into the farmers and once that happened their community boomed. Twins started becoming more
common than single children, people started having triplets. The bodies of the Farming Barbarians became sturdier, more durable,
and became easily accommodating of the children they had and the amount of pregnancy they'd experience. Large families
became the norm, and with more workers came the ability to have larger farms that could be maintained. A lot of Barbarians have
found themselves moving into the cities. The major movement of them came well before the War, afterwards the numbers have
tapered off a bit.
Many Barbarians move into the cities every year. Either as youths who wish to see civilization, or as adults wishing to raise family.
