Q: Who are you?
A: In short? I’m a college graduate of 3D animation who loves art and writing to the point where I’ve decided I want to combine
them into a mega awesome comic!
Q: What is Sahnlinn exactly?
A: Sahnlinn is a fantasy world that both Ryan Fernandes and I have worked on for a number of years. It is home to a variety of
species, and various magics.
Q: What is the comic about?
A: It’s about a group of friends who go around adventuring and getting into wacky situations.
Q: Is this comic trying to ‘say’ anything?
A: No. And if it is, you’re finding depth that I’m not intentionally putting in.
Q: What Programs do you use to make your comic?
A: I use paint tool Sai for the lines and colouring, then Photoshop elements 5 (yes, old I know but it does all that I need) to do the
lettering and Voilà!
Q: How big are the pages originally?
A: Before they are shrunk down to 900x1304 they are 3000x4347.
Q: What are your influences?
A: This is an interesting one. I’m personally not sure for my art, I had a moment some years ago where I went ‘I have to change’, and
I actively did try to change my style. My style now is nothing like what it had initially turned into since it has grown since then into
something that is 'me'.
As for the story? Inspiration wise I suppose anything that has young people going out on an adventure to experience strange and
fantastic things. What comes to mind for me initially is, Harry Potter and Avatar the Last Airbender.

A: The Shawshank Redemption. Really fits in with all the fantasy and youths heading off to find their own paths thing doesn’t it?
